For several months now, I’ve been wanting to try Burger King’s miniature hamburgers known as Burger Shots. Last night, when I was at a local Burger King, I decided to finally order a two – pack of the baby burgers and I’m glad that I did. Although they are quite small, I felt that the Burger King Burger Shots were just the right size for a satisfying snack and that they are fun to eat. I was so impressed with these mini burgers that I decided to write a review about them. Presented here, is one food writer’s consumer product review of Burger King Burger Shots.
Burger King Burger Shots are available in two – packs and six – packs. The two packs are packaged in a wrapper, much like the standard burger wrapper. The six – pack of Burger King Burger Shots are packaged in a cardboard box.
Burger King Burger Shots are roughly the size of a dinner roll (I would estimate approximately two and a half to three inches across). To me, they look cute. The size of these mini burgers is just right for popping into one’s mouth while driving or doing other activities that require focus and attention. I consumed each of the Burger King Burger Shots in about three bites each.
It was somewhat difficult for me to obtain accurate nutrional information regarding Burger King Burger Shots. While I was at Burger King, I glanced at the nutritional information chart posted on their wall and saw that these mni burgers were not even listed. When I went to the Burger King web site, I saw that the Burger Shots are not even listed on their nutrition chart. I also looked up these mini burgers on Google, but came up with conflicting nutritional information. Being an honest and ethical writer, I could not post the information that I found, because I was unsure of the accuracy of the nutritional facts.
As stated above, Burger King Burger Shots are available in two – packs and six – packs. They are also available with or without cheese.
Flavor / Taste
The flavor of Burger King Burger Shots is almost identical to regular – sized Burger King hamburgers. The Burger Shots that I purchased at a Hartford, Connecticut Burger King featured a pleasant – tasting roll, or bun, a flame – broiled mini burger that tasted quite fresh and ketchup, mustard and a pickle slice. I guess if you are a fan of regular Burger King burgers, like myself, you will like the flavor of these diminutive burgers.
The price that I paid for one two – pack of Burger King Burger Shots without cheese at a Hartford, Connecticut Burger King restaurant was $1.39. I thought that the price was fair for the amount of food offered. According to the menu sign at the restaurant, one six – pack of the Burger Shots without cheese costs $4.09. Also according to the menu sign, one two – pack of Burger King Burger Shots with cheese costs $1.69 and the retail price for one six – pack of Burger King Burger Shots with cheese is normally $4.69.
All things considered, Burger King Burger Shots are delicious miniature burgers that are cute to look at and are fun to eat. To me, the price charged for these burgers is reasonable, considering today’s economy. I would recommend these burgers to anyone who already enjoys Burger King burgers, as well as those who are seeking a convenient and tasty alternative to everyday burgers.
