The Kool Moo is a locally-owned neighborhood family ice cream shop located just a few blocks from Noelridge Pool on the NE side of Cedar Rapids. There is no dine in seating, but on nice summer days you can sit at one of the picnic tables outside to enjoy your ice cream. Their ice cream is a favorite among locals with a large variety of flavors to choose from. On summer evenings, you can expect to stand in line to get your favorite ice cream treat. And, I personally believe they have the best malts in town.
