Kiwi is a beauty booster! Kiwi contains an enormous amount of Vitamin C – more than any other fruit. Vitamin C controls ageing and healing. Vitamin C also rejuvenates and hydrates the skin. Kiwi also contains a large dose of Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps prevent ageing, improves circulation, and aids in the healing processes of skin irritations and scars. Kiwi contains antioxidants that prevent premature ageing by destroying free radicals.
