Gather the ingredients you’ll need — along with a box of Godiva chocolates. Mix up a Strawberry Shortcake Cocktail and relax. Beauty night has arrived.
A member of the rose family, strawberries contain salicylic acid, which rids the skin of dead cells, allowing it to absorb moisture more efficiently. Strawberries also have a mild bleaching effect on the skin and help heal blemishes. Strawberries make an excellent cleanser, moisturizer, and skin-softener. They are rich in healthy-skin vitamins A & C and have a neutral PH so they are mild.
Only make as much as you need for one treatment, unless otherwise instructed. These recipes do not contain chemicals to prevent the natural ingredients from souring.
