They really filled it up with malt bits. It brings a downside to the taste or the drinking per se but totally insignificant. In fact, most may not even notice. The malt bits brings to mind Swiss Miss’ chocolate drink (in white and blue colored sachet) filled wit marsh mallows. But contrary to which, the marshmallows get dissolved when stirred while the malt bits remain. They remain even when your supposedly hot drink turned or had gotten cold. In short, there is something for the mouth to dwell on. And that is it..! The taste is lost. But the thing is, which makes it insignificant, when drink straight you will get the taste. It is smooth with not too much but just a satisfying sweetness. So the secret is to avoid the attention drawing texture of the malt bits and stop biting. Just drain or sip it straight down your throat. Young ones might have trouble complying with the suggestion though, but that’s just it really. Otherwise, it is one of those products with satisfaction in its name.

It can be prepared by adding in water, hot or cold. I have not done much of the cold preparations since I prefer to mix citrus juices with ice cubes if I want a cold one. I tried with this product as suggested and it does not affect much of the taste.

What we have here is really a cereal milk drink that will stuff you up with calcium, fiber and vitamins. Such precious food nutrients should make the price reasonable. The taste must be attractive to wellness and fitness enthusiasts because it is not too sweet yet is filling and satisfying. Some milk products and other manufacturers have sought consumer satisfaction by excessive sweetness which only means more sugar. But Nestle had not cared to inject such characteristic to this product. Obviously, it was a risk worth taking.
Overall, I give a very satisfactory rating to this product for its distinct taste and real healthful ingredients. A four star.
