Olive oil has amazing antioxidants such as polyphenols and hydroxytyrosol, which help the proteins in it to maintain healthy skin, strong nails, and supple hair. Olive oil is also rich in Vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D, and Iron. It helps the body maintain strong levels of Vitamin E that helps to delay aging process. Beneficial fatty acids found in olive oil help the skin to be more soft and supple. Olive oil helps regulate the body’s natural moisturizing properties of the skin.
